As ENGIE Insight’s president and CEO, Mathias is a strategic leader with more than a decade of global experience in both the private and public sectors. His experience and understanding of the dynamic energy industry supports ENGIE Insight’s vision to leverage data and technology to architect the future of energy management on a global scale.
Prior to ENGIE Insight, Mathias worked for our parent company, ENGIE, as the head of its Green Mobility Program, where he harnessed ENGIE’s broad capabilities to expand the business unit’s reach around the world for the $400+ million enterprise. He also served as chief of staff for Isabelle Kocher, ENGIE’s CEO, where he was heavily involved in strategy, communication and overall transformation of the company.

Before joining ENGIE, Mathias served as advisor and then Deputy Chief of Staff of French Minister for Industry and then Economy from 2012-2014; there he was in charge of the industry, energy and mining sectors.
Mathias is trained as an engineer from the Ecole des Mines de Paris. He has completed his education with a post-graduate program from the Ecole des Mines de Paris, to become a civil servant from Corps des Mines.
Mathias and his family relocated from Paris to join ENGIE Insight, where they are enjoying exploring, visiting and hiking in the city and surroundings. He can often be found visiting an art exhibition, contemplating the beautiful natural landscape or walking down the streets of Boston.
As chief strategy and innovation officer, Bennett helps define, develop and sustain ENGIE Insight’s corporate and product strategy to focus on innovation and drive growth. Bennett also oversees strategic planning, including managing partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.

Bennett has spent more than 15 years building and leading companies around data and analytics. He has consistently developed innovative ways to utilize data, software, and emerging analytical approaches. In 2009, Bennett co-founded Retroficiency, a venture-backed, leading energy analytics software company that was acquired by ENGIE Insight in October 2015. Under his leadership, Retroficiency was selected by Forbes as one of America’s Most Promising Companies and by BusinessWeek as one America’s Most Promising Social Enterprises.
Bennett earned his B.A. in economics and entrepreneurship from The Johns Hopkins University and his M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management.
In his free time, Bennett can usually be found enjoying the outdoors or coaching one of his children’s many sporting activities.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Paige oversees all client management, sales and marketing for ENGIE Insight. She and her teams are focused on all aspects of client needs, from meeting expectations for current contracts and solutions to building future programs and services that fully support our mission. Paige is perfectly positioned to lead both as an advocate for our clients as well as a developer of new solutions around sustainability and demand side management.
Paige has been a part of ENGIE Insight since 2006 and in her most recent role as vice president of Sales & Client Management, she was responsible for the retention and growth for our global and Fortune 1000 clients. Prior to that, as vice president, Resource Management Solutions, she oversaw critical areas of ENGIE Insight’s consulting and sustainability services.

Prior to 2006, Paige worked for the Minister of Environment, Agriculture and Farming at the National Assembly for Wales, UK. Paige earned her MBA, finance concentration from Xavier University and a BA in human resources and strategic management from Ohio University. She has been involved in many community activities such as St. Joseph’s Orphanage Board of Advisors, Women Helping Women, and the Newport Recreation Commission.
As Chief Digital Officer, Bryan and his team work with company leaders across Product, Utility, Facility, and all areas of ENGIE Insight to deliver the technology strategy that supports our leadership in energy as a service.
Bryan was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Retroficiency until 2016, at which point the company was acquired by ENGIE Insight. He was instrumental in building the Retroficiency platform, a scalable solution that meets the needs of both small and large clients to deliver energy analytics in a fraction of the time traditional methods required. At ENGIE Insight, Bryan became VP of Software Engineering & IT to help integrate the Retroficiency platform into ENGIE Insight’s solutions, continuing the innovation that helped position Retroficiency as a technology leader.

Prior to ENGIE Insight and Retroficiency, he spent nearly ten years at Volpe, The National Transportation Systems Center, working on projects like the Maritime Security and Safety Information System, a system that tracks commercial ships globally and links over 30 countries’ Automated Identity System networks.
Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering at Northeastern University and his MBA from Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
When he’s not at work, Bryan enjoys trying out the latest in consumer gadgets, traveling with his wife, and spending time with his three daughters, inspiring them in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.
Vincent was appointed Chief Financial Officer of ENGIE Insight in February 2016, having previously been Deputy CFO of Cofely UK (rebranded ENGIE UK) since 2014. Vincent has held various roles within ENGIE, at the corporate level as well as in Suez Environment and the Energy Services business line, since 2008. Throughout his career, Vincent has developed his finance expertise in a number of international positions between China and Europe, in a context of restructuring, company mergers and fast-paced growth.

As the leader of finance and procurement, Vincent is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the company’s financial controlling environment, optimizing the efficiency of financial operations, driving financial performance and discipline in line with ENGIE Insight’s strategy and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Vincent holds a Master in Science degree from EM-Lyon business school and holds the CFA designation.
Martin Sieh is responsible for leading the operations, sales, client management and fulfillment teams that serve our clients across the globe – delivering energy and sustainability solutions, driving insight and action worldwide. Martin is leveraging 25 years of experience in the energy and sustainability industry along with organizational and people leadership skills, Martin delivers a market leading client experience with world-class efficiency and process control.

In the five years since joining ENGIE Insight, Martin has held leadership roles in the Sales and Client Management organization as well as the Expense and Data Management operating team. Most recently, Martin was focused on developing ENGIE Insight’s global expansion strategy.
Prior to joining ENGIE Insight through the acquisition of The Loyalton Group, Martin Sieh was a Founder and Chief Operating Officer of that organization. While at The Loyalton Group, Martin lead the company as it grew its energy management portfolio to over $5 billion, taking a market leadership position in several vertical markets including Hospitality and Sr. Health Care living.
Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University. When he’s not traveling the globe supporting ENGIE Insight, he enjoys time outdoors near any form of water – lakes, rivers or streams – as long as he is boating, fishing or chatting by the campfire.
Christine oversees ENGIE Insight’s legal and HR teams, including Human Resource Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Responsibility, Employee Engagement, Safety and Privacy. In addition, she is responsible for Sales Operations and Data Governance, and she serves as the company’s Ethics Officer.

Prior to joining ENGIE Insight in 2013, Christine practiced law for eight years at Tonkon Torp LLP, a leading business law firm serving clients throughout the Northwest. Christine has been an active member of the board of directors of Girls Inc. of the Pacific Northwest since 2009.
Christine graduated from The Evergreen State College with a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies. She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from Boston College Law School.
When Christine isn’t working, she enjoys traveling with her husband, playing with her Basset Hound Brophy, and indulging in the food and wine of the Pacific Northwest.
